MGO can hand Skyrim’s NPCs over to an AI that lets them think, talk, and act on their own, powered by SkyrimNet . It’s optional and disabled by default, but if you want NPCs who respond to you in their own words (and remember what you’ve done), this is where you learn to turn it on and put it to use.
